Temporary Changes to Food Service January 20 - February 2, 2026.
Kindly note the Resort will be upgrading large kitchen equipment which means minor adjustments to food service during this time. Breakfast Buffet and Hibiscus Winter Buffet will not be affected and operate as normal. Hibiscus dinner will serve an a la carte menu each night offering a selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Sunday Brunch will be postponed and re-open on Sunday, February 8. Given the limited capacities, food service will be limited to registered guests of the Resort only.
